DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, registered at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. You can reach our privacy team at hello@rocketdigital.ai. References to “DecorAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us” mean Rocket Digital Limited.
This Privacy Policy applies to the DecorAI AI Interior Design App on iPhone and Android, and to the DecorAI website at https://www.interior-designs.app.
2. Information we collect
Account information: when you sign in or subscribe, we may collect your email address, basic profile data, device identifiers, and authentication tokens through our identity provider.
Room photos and prompts: photos you upload to DecorAI and the prompts you choose are processed to generate AI interior design results. We do not sell your photos.
Usage and device data: app version, device model, OS version, language, country, anonymized identifiers, in-app events (e.g. iOS_App_Store_Click, GooglePlay_Store_Click), crash diagnostics, and aggregated performance metrics.
Subscription and purchase data: subscription status, plan, renewal status, and transaction identifiers — collected through RevenueCat and the underlying app stores. We do not receive your full payment card data.
Marketing and attribution data: anonymized identifiers and event data that help us understand how people discover DecorAI.
3. How we use your information
Provide DecorAI: process room photos to generate AI interior design ideas, deliver before-and-after room makeovers, and operate your account and subscription.
Improve the app: diagnose crashes, fix bugs, measure feature performance, and prioritize improvements to the AI room design experience.
Communicate with you: respond to support requests at hello@rocketdigital.ai and send service messages such as receipts, security notices, and major changes to this policy.
Marketing and growth: measure how our marketing performs, run analytics, and run ads where permitted by law and your platform settings.
Compliance and safety: detect and prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of users.
4. Service providers we use
DecorAI uses a small set of trusted vendors. Each receives only the information needed to perform a specific task and is required to keep it confidential.
RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement validation.
Firebase (Google) — authentication, app analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, and remote configuration.
Google AdMob — advertising in free tiers of the app where applicable.
OpenAI — AI text and prompt processing for room redesign features.
Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure, hosting, and storage.
Replicate — running the AI image-generation models that power AI interior design from photo.
Fal.ai — additional AI model hosting for specific room redesign features.
Google Analytics — website and product analytics, including aggregated traffic and event reporting.
Meta Pixel — measurement of advertising performance and audience reach for marketing campaigns.
Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly website performance and traffic analytics.
5. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR/UK GDPR: performance of a contract (to provide DecorAI), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the service), consent (for optional marketing and tracking technologies where required), and legal obligation.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
6. International transfers
DecorAI is operated from Hong Kong with infrastructure in the United States, the European Union, and other regions. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent measures recognized under applicable law.
7. Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your DecorAI account is active and for a limited period afterwards to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Generated AI room designs and uploaded room photos are retained according to in-app settings and applicable law. You can delete saved designs from inside the app.
Aggregated and anonymized analytics may be kept for longer because it can no longer be associated with you.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and request portability of certain data.
To exercise these rights, email hello@rocketdigital.ai. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region with a supervisory authority, you have the right to lodge a complaint.
9. Children
DecorAI is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). If you believe a child has provided personal information to DecorAI, please contact us so we can remove it.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics), and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can manage cookies in your browser settings, and where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective” date at the top, and we may notify you in the app or by email when changes are significant.
